RUBINA HALWANI

Biography

Rubina Halwani is an award-winning training developer and public speaker. Rubina serves as an industry leader in Learning and Development. Her professional career spans over 20 years with experience in multiple sectors:  K-12 and higher education,  entertainment, corporate,  non-profit, and government.  


Rubina works for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services as an Instructional Designer within the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health. She serves as chair for the eLearning Collaboration Committee, an employee resource group (ERG). 


Rubina has a B.A. degree in English Education from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies from the University of Iowa.
